What areas do you travel to?
We’ll bring the hat magic anywhere! Whether you’re in Houston, across Texas, or even out of state, we’re happy to travel to make your custom hat dreams come true.
How far in advance should I book?
The sooner, the better, partner! 🤠 We recommend booking at least a month ahead to lock in your date, but we can usually make it work with a 2-week notice if our calendar’s not already full.
Do you offer group rates?
You betcha! 🤠 If your party’s gettin’ 5 hats or more, we’ll wrangle up a special group rate just for y’all.
Can you come to my venue or home?
Absolutely! We can bring the hat bar to your venue or even to a private home if it’s for an event like a party. For safety reasons, we don’t do one-on-one consultations or individual appointments in private residences—but we’re happy to host your appointment via Zoom.
What's included in a private party package?
The whole shebang! We bring our full hat bar setup, loads of accessories, custom branding, expert shaping & styling, plus a one-on-one consultation for each guest’s hat. Every party guest walks away with a brim that’s uniquely theirs.
Can I bring my own hat to customize?
Yep! We’re happy to work our magic on your own brim. We do charge a $40 outside hat fee—this covers handling and any risk in case of damage. You’ll still get full access to all our accessories, branding, shaping, and styling just like any other hat in the bar.
